EXPRESSED LIMITED WARRANTY for all Collsam Products Warranty
Limited Warranty. Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained herein, Collsam (“Collsam”); a California corporation, warrants all Collsam products sold by Collsam (“Products”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase by the ultimate consumer for the period set forth below (“Warranty Period”):

This limited Collsam Products Warranty is provided only to the person or entity (“Customer”) that originally purchased the Product. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of Collsam under this Limited Warranty will be, at Collsam’s option, to repair or replace the defective Product during the Warranty Period at no charge to the Customer. Collsam will only issue store credit for any returns, NO CASH REFUNDS.
If it is impossible or impossible to replace a defective Product with a new one, Collsam may give you a replacement that is newer or similar to the defective product.
B-Stock is thirty (30) days and is subject to the limitations and exclusions in this limited warranty.
Collsam will give the Customer Store Credit upon return of the Product. If Collsam replaces or credits the purchase price for a product, it becomes Collsam’s property.
Obtaining Warranty Service. To obtain warranty service or information, please fill out our RMA Form,
Before returning a defective Product, the Customer must first receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Collsam. To obtain warranty service, fill out our RMA Form, the Customer will need to provide Collsam with:
- The Item Code of the defective Product
- The invoice number or purchase order number, and
- Details of the Product defect. After getting an RMA number, you need to pack the Product well so it doesn’t get damaged while being shipped.
- The RMA number is prominently marked on the outside of the package.
- The Product should be returned to Collsam Security, 40960 California Oaks Rd, Suite 331, Murrieta, CA, 96562.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of inbound shipping to Collsam.
- Products sent COD will be rejected. Collsam is not responsible for any packages or products that are lost or damaged in transit to Collsam.
- Returns to Collsam will be sent using the same method as when the defective Product was sent to Collsam.
What Is Not Covered. This limited warranty does not cover Products that, in Collsam’s judgment, have damage resulting from any:
- Deviation from the Manufacturer’s operating instructions as printed in the Manufacturer’s catalog or on any packaging, labels, or other literature provided with a product.
- The installation of a product goes against the manufacturer’s written instructions.
- Alteration, modification of or tampering with a Product, misuse, neglect, abuse.
- Accident power surge, static electricity, or other electrical discharge. Please confirm that you use an uninterruptible power supply.
- Normal wear and tear
- Service by anyone apart from a Manufacturer authorized repair facility
- Other improper application, installation, or operation of the Product.
- You bought something from an auction or sale that Collsam doesn’t guarantee.
