This Order Policy explains how to place, pay for, verify, change, or cancel an order on Collsam.com. Please review this policy, our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy and Cookie Policy before completing your purchase.

Official Sales Channel

Collsam Security may sell products through Collsam.com and authorized Collsam Security storefronts on approved third-party marketplaces, including, but not limited to, Newegg, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and many other marketplaces approved by Collsam Security. Orders must be completed through Collsam.com or the checkout system of an authorized marketplace storefront. We do not complete sales through social media, unauthorized dealers, or payment requests that direct customers outside an authorized checkout channel.

Our team may provide product information or assist with an existing website order. Treat any payment request that directs you away from Collsam.com as unauthorized and contact us promptly.

Secure Online Ordering

Collsam.com uses SSL encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout. Collsam Security does not store your full payment-card information. Payment-processing providers, including PayPal and Afterpay, process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use the personal information you provide to process and fulfill your purchase. Shipping packages use a discreet label to support customer privacy.

Accurate Order Information

Enter accurate billing, shipping, telephone, and email information during checkout. Review all information before submitting the order. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing or delivery and may result in additional carrier, rerouting, return, or reshipment charges.

To prevent fraud or verify a transaction, we may request identification or require completion of our Credit Card Authorization Form. We may hold or cancel an order if required verification is not completed.

Cancellation Policy

• Submit a cancellation request through our Contact page as soon as possible and within 12 hours after placing the order.
• A cancellation request is not effective until Collsam Security confirms it in writing.
• Orders that have entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
• For an eligible cancellation requested before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% of the order value may apply.
• For an eligible cancellation requested after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, a $30.00 administrative fee per item applies instead of the $20.00-or-10% fee.
• Express-shipping orders begin processing promptly. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s fulfillment status when we receive the request.
• An incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation, carrier, return, or reshipment charges.

Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Collsam Security before sending any item back and review our Return Policy for eligibility, deadlines, fees, and instructions.

Payment Options

Collsam.com accepts PayPal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and qualifying U.S. Government purchase cards. Card charges appear as Collsam.com.

Cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks are accepted only for orders first created on Collsam.com. Make the payment payable to Collsam Security. Check payments are subject to a 14-business-day hold.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or covered by an applicable written warranty. This restriction is disclosed on the applicable product or order page.

The customer is responsible for costs or delivery problems caused by an incorrect shipping address, an unavailable recipient, or applicable international duties, taxes, and fees. Review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

We work to keep product information accurate. However, typographical errors may occur. Images may be simulated, and pictured accessories may not be included. Review the exact product description and package contents before ordering.

Out-of-Stock Products

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Collsam Security will notify the customer and may offer a comparable replacement, an upgrade, a backorder, or cancellation with any refund due. We will not substitute a materially different or higher-priced product without the customer’s approval.
