Collsam Security does not store any of your payment information, your payment information will be stored only at our processing service providers, i.e., PayPal Afterpay etc…
Your personal information will only be used to complete your purchase. The outside of the shipping package will have a discreet shipping and privacy label to ensure discreet shipping and privacy.
To expedite your purchase and notify you if there’s a glitch, please provide precise billing and delivery details, as well as a phone number and email address. Please verify that the billing and shipping address are correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!
We may call you to verify your order, request identification, or request that you fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case that you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. You must request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. The cancellation fee will be $20.00, or 10% if you cancel. If you send us the wrong address or refuse to receive it, we will charge you a fee for canceling your order.
The Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to “Express” shipping orders. You can change or cancel your purchase at any time before 10:00 AM. Cancellations made after 10 a.m. PST will incur a $30.00 administration fee per item.
We will not accept any returns without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact us before returning the items. Please read our Return Policy page.

We accept Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Personal Check on online orders; make your instrument payable to Collsam Security All check orders are subject to a 14-business day’s hold.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
In accordance with our ORDER POLICY, all sales are final on clearance items! (NO RETURNABLE)
The customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e., incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customers, etc.).
We don’t take responsibility for typographical errors. Certain images are simulated and do not represent actual products. The lens in a brick camera and the computer monitor in a DVR system are not included in some product packages.
In the case of the ordered products that are out of stock, we reserve the right to replace, upgrade or cancel your order without further notice at our discretion.
