Description
The Hanwha SBP-303HF SFP base combines a PTZ camera mounting interface with a fiber network connection. Its aluminum housing provides a compact way to bring fiber cabling to supported cameras. Furthermore, the built-in SFP slot accepts a suitable optical module for the planned link. This accessory is not a camera.
The SBP-303HF SFP base supports LC-type SFP connections. Its fiber interface supports 100 Mbps or 1000 Mbps, with 1000 Mbps as the default. Meanwhile, the camera-side Ethernet interface operates at 100 Mbps. The external switch selects the fiber speed. Choose the optical module to match your cable and network equipment.
Hanwha lists support for XNP-6550RH, XNP-6371RH, XNP-6320H, QNP-6230H and QNP-6230RH cameras. However, confirm the full mounting arrangement before ordering. The mount screw size is PF one and a half inches. In addition, the included coupling supports the NPT mounting arrangement described in the installation guide.
The SBP-303HF SFP base uses 24V AC power. Hanwha specifies a maximum consumption of 92W with the heater on. Moreover, the housing carries IP66 and IK10 ratings. Its stated operating range extends from minus 50 to plus 55 degrees Celsius. Follow the manufacturer’s sealing instructions to protect the cable entry.
The base measures 163.9 mm across and weighs 1.1 kg without the NPT coupling. With that coupling, its height increases to 187.9 mm and weight to 1.4 kg. Furthermore, the Specification tab separates these measurements from the housing dimensions shown in the drawing. Review both when planning for clearance.
