The Akuvox E16C is a budget-friendly, commercial-grade IP video door phone and access control terminal. The system is designed to provide secure, contemporary entry management for both commercial office spaces and residential apartment complexes. It combines robust biometric authentication with intelligent intercom functionality. Advanced touchless face recognition is facilitated by AI-driven dual-camera SIP intercom capabilities and is the E16C’s foundation. As a result, this allows the device to identify users quickly and accurately. This also helps property managers maintain a secure, efficient entry experience.

Designed to maintain traffic flow, the system boasts an accuracy rating of over 99.7%. Additionally, it provides recognition times of less than 0.2 seconds. It also reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

The E16C supports a wide range of access methods to suit different user needs and deployment environments. In addition to face recognition, it works with the Akuvox SmartPlus mobile app, Bluetooth (BLE), NFC, and traditional 13.56 MHz RFID cards. It also supports PIN codes and temporary QR code scanning.
