Description
The Platinum Tools TNC950AR Net Chaser is a game-changing tool for network professionals. This professional-grade Ethernet Speed Certifier and Network Tester is designed to take the guesswork out of testing, troubleshooting, and speed-certifying network cables.
Moreover, with its comprehensive capabilities, the TNC950AR ensures that your network cables are performing at their optimal level. Additionally, it adheres to industry standards.
One of the most impressive features of the TNC950AR is its ability to qualify copper cables. It ensures they meet performance demands up to 1 Gb/s in compliance with IEEE 802.3 and TIA568A/B standards.
Consequently, you can trust this tool to accurately test and certify your network cables. As a result, you have peace of mind that your network is running at maximum efficiency.
The TNC950AR also goes above and beyond by conducting Bit Error Rate Tests (BERT), Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and SKEW testing at 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps. These tests are crucial in guaranteeing network integrity.
Another standout feature of the TNC950AR is its comprehensive active capabilities. These include port discovery, DHCP connectivity verification, DNS validation, ping tests, traceroute, and VLAN discovery.
With these capabilities, you can quickly identify and troubleshoot any network issues, saving you time and effort. The TNC950AR puts the power back in your hands, allowing you to confidently and efficiently manage your network.
But the TNC950AR doesn’t just stop at testing and troubleshooting. It also detects Power over Ethernet (PoE) according to IEEE 802.3af/at standards. In addition, it performs a load test to measure voltage drop.
This feature is essential for businesses and organizations that rely on PoE for their devices. Thus, it ensures that the network can supply enough power to the devices without any disruptions.
