Description
The DWC-MVC8Wi28TW 4K IVA dome camera is an 8MP network dome camera with an IP67 IK10 camera housing for indoor and outdoor surveillance. Additionally, the Digital Watchdog dome camera uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor to record detailed 3840 × 2160 video at up to 30 frames per second.
Its fixed 2.8 mm lens supplies a 105.5° horizontal view for entrances, corridors, parking areas, retail spaces, and building perimeters. As an 8MP network dome camera, it captures detail while maintaining efficient network operation. The IP67 IK10 camera housing protects the electronics from weather and impact.
Smart IR supports black-and-white monitoring up to 100 feet when ambient light disappears. In addition, Star-Light Plus improves low-light color performance. True 120 dB WDR balances bright and dark areas in the same scene, while Smart DNR reduces image noise. H.265, H.264, and MJPEG compression options help manage bandwidth and storage.
The DWC-MVC8Wi28TW 4K IVA dome camera includes intrusion, line crossing, counting line, loitering, enter, exit, and tamper detection. Therefore, teams can focus on meaningful events instead of reviewing continuous footage. Audio input and output, alarm connections, and microSD storage up to 1 TB support deployments.
The Digital Watchdog dome camera connects through Gigabit Ethernet and accepts PoE Class 3 or 12 VDC power. Moreover, ONVIF Profile S compatibility supports integration with recorders and video management platforms. Cybersecurity features include HTTPS, IP filtering, digest authentication, and 802.1X access control. Multiple streams provide viewing and recording settings.
