Description

The UIR-2184V-B camera is a professional outdoor security camera for homes, businesses, warehouses, and other monitored properties. It records clear 1080p, 2-megapixel video through a 1/2.9-inch Sony CMOS sensor. In addition, its weather-resistant IP68 housing protects the camera from rain, dust, and demanding outdoor conditions.

The 2.8–12 mm auto-iris varifocal lens lets installers adjust both the viewing angle and image focus. Therefore, the camera can cover a wide scene or provide a closer view of important activity. The automatic iris also responds to changing light levels, which helps maintain useful detail throughout the day.

For nighttime monitoring, the UIR-2184V-B camera uses 80 infrared LEDs to provide visibility at distances up to 80 feet (ca. 24 m). Moreover, the true day-and-night infrared cut filter automatically changes between color and black-and-white operation.
