Description

The CyberPower RCCARD100 is an optional hardware management adapter that brings remote cloud-based monitoring to compatible CyberPower UPS systems. Designed for convenience and control, it lets you keep an eye on your backup power protection from virtually anywhere. You can use a web browser or mobile app.

Installation is simple: just slide the RCCARD100 into the dedicated expansion slot on your CyberPower UPS. After connection, it links your unit to the CyberPower PowerPanel Cloud infrastructure. This provides you with access to important system information whenever you need it.

With its built-in 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port, the RCCARD100 integrates easily into wired network environments. Through the PowerPanel Cloud App, you can monitor electrical data, voltage status, remaining battery runtime, and current unit load in real time. In addition, this helps you stay informed and prepared.

For even faster setup, the module includes a QR code directly on the adapter, allowing you to add the UPS to your account instantly with a smartphone scan. Moreover, the RCCARD100 also supports hot-swapping. Therefore, it is feasible to install or replace it without disrupting backup power or powering down connected equipment.

To help you respond quickly to power issues, the RCCARD100 sends automatic real-time event notifications through email or mobile alerts during anomalies. It also features user-upgradeable firmware for cloud-delivered bug fixes and feature enhancements. A standard three-year limited manufacturer warranty is also included.
