The HDC-IRD8AE4/28 turret camera is an ENS Security Titanium Series outdoor coaxial camera for use inside or outside. This 8 MP coaxial turret camera records 4K video in 3840 × 2160 at up to 15 frames per second. The 4K coaxial security camera uses a 1/2.5-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor. Its 0.11 in (2.8 mm) fixed lens camera design gives a wide, fixed view.

The camera also records 5 MP video at 20 fps and 4 MP video at 30 fps. It works with TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS output. So, users can pick a format that works with the recorder. Coaxial control also lets users set up the camera through the video cable.

Built-in infrared light gives night views up to 98 ft (30 m). The HDC-IRD8AE4/28 infrared-cut filter helps the camera work by day and at night. In addition, noise reduction helps keep images clear after dark. Digital wide dynamic range helps show details in both bright and dark parts of a scene.

The IP67 outdoor turret camera case blocks dust and water when it is installed as directed. It uses 12 VDC power and has an on-screen display menu. It can also send 960H CVBS video to older gear that supports it.

ENS Security lists the HDC-IRD8AE4/28 turret camera as NDAA compliant. It works with the CEM-118W, AR-118W, WP-118W, UJB94-W, and B8-W. Check the recorder format, cable, power supply, mount, and view before setup.

This 4K coaxial security camera can update an existing system while using the cables already in place. The 2.8 mm fixed lens camera needs no motorized setup. The 8 MP coaxial turret camera has a clean mounting profile. The IP67 outdoor turret camera can be aimed during setup. Its 12 VDC input and fixed lens help keep setup simple for compatible coaxial recording systems.
